Hon Mr and Mrs Mostyn and child

Identified in the Silvy daybooks as 'Hon. Mr. and Hon. Mrs. Mostyn and child', this is probably Major Hon. George Charles Mostyn (1830-1879) and his wife Mary, daughter of the Rt. Rev. Henry Monk. Major Mostyn was the son of George Charles Mostyn, 6th Baron Vaux of Harrowden.

The child is almost certainly Hubert Charles George Mostyn, born on 4 June 1860. He succeeded his grandfather in 1883, becoming 7th Baron Vaux of Harrowden.
