Ebenezer Pannell (1860-1935) operated two studios in Brighton's Kemp Town. Both were in the area just below the Sussex County Hospital (today the Royal Sussex County Hospital); one was in Sudeley Place and the other in St George's Road, near its junction with Paston Place.
