Fred Dewar and Squire Bancroft

The man in the centre is the actor Fred Dewar; the man either side of him is the actor Squire Bancroft. The two men are seen here in H.J. Byron’s three-act comedy War to the Knife, first performed at the Prince of Wales Theatre on 10 June 1865.
