Pauline Lucca

Born in Vienna 25 April 1841, Pauline Lucca was an Austrian soprano who studied in Berlin under Meyerbeer and made her début in 1859 as Elvira in Ernani. From 1872 to 1874 she toured the United States and from 1874 to 1889 she appeared in Vienna. She died on 28 February 1908.
