Rosa Bonheur and her family

A carte-de-visite portrait of the French artist Rosa Bonheur 1822-1899) with members of her family, one of whom is almost certainly her brother Isadore (1827-1901), a gifted sculptor. The other sitters are possibly Rosa and Isadore's sister, Juliette (1830-1891), also a talented animal painter, and her husband, Hippolyte Peyrol, who had a bronze foundry and issued Rosa and Isadore's sculptures.
