Reverend Matthew Burrell

Identified on the album page as 'Rev. M. Burrell', this is probably the Rev. Matthew Burrell, Vicar of Chatton in Northumberland. Born on 16 January 1811, he was the second son of William Burrell of Broome Park. He died on 29 March 1869.
