St Thomas's Hospital

An albumen print view of St Thomas's Hospital on the south side of the Thames, opposite the Houses of Parliament. The origins of the hospital date back to the 12th century. The buildings seen here were designed by Henry Currey; the foundation stone was laid by Queen Victoria in 1868.
